- The students are regularly counseled/supervised in their difficulties during school hours through the student Counselor/ Level Coordinators in a homely environment.

- VSN has adopted reward and punishment system for improving the students in all aspects. Accodring to the system, the defaulters are warned or punished by giving the following Demerit Cards.

         Red Demerit Card - For Restriction

         Yello Demerit Card - For Warning

         Blue Demerit Card - For Signal

- The students with special outstanding performances will be rewarded with special prizes in the Annual Function of the school every year.

	Formation of House

	- Four different houses i.e. Red (Annapurna), Blue (Machhapuchhre), Yellow ( Kanchanjunga), Green ( Dhaulagiri) have been formed to complete in any Inter School Extra Curricular Activities. - Every students studying at VSN should belong in a specified house. - Enthusiastic house spirit is created among the students during the Intra School Competitions.
