- Tuition fees are charged for 12 months. Annual Fee is charged in the first month of each Academic Session. Transportation, Computer, Activities Fees etc are charged for 11 months.
- There will be no reduction of Tuition Fee and Transportation Fee for the broken period.
- All payment should be made before the 10th of the month. It will induce fine of Rs. 10/- till 15th, Rs. 30/- till the last day, of the month and Rs. 100/- will be charged from the next month.
- A month's prior notice or payment of one month's fee is required before the withdrawal of the students either from the school transport or from the school. Rs.300/- will be charged for Transfer Certificate and Rs. 100/- for Character and other Certificates. No, Transfer/Character Certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full.
- Security deposits will be refunded only at the time of leaving the school after completion of Academic Session, with deduction if any, at the time withdrawal. The deposit will be refunded on the months of Jestha and Ashadh of each Academic Session.
- Students, whose fees are long overdue, will be debarred from the sitting for any examination.
- Examination fees, medical expenses, class textbooks, stationery, excursion, clubs etc will be charged separately in the monthly bills.
