- The school conducts three major examinations in one academic year in addition to three Mid Terms and Regular Class Tests.
- Regular Internal and Mid Term Test, Terminal Exams and Board Exams ( Grade VIII and X) are routinely conducted according to the School Calender.
- The courses of study along with the exam timetable is sent ot the parents/guardians on each terminal. Parents/ Guardians are requested to guide their children in their learning according to the courses of study and see that they are regular in schools during the important periods.
- After each examination a comprehensive Report Card, along with the Answer Sheets, is issued to each student on each exam so that the parents can get a complete picture of their child performance at school.
- The Students must pass all the subjects in the Final Examination, as the school has no system of grace and promotion under consideration. The pass mark is 40% in each exam for all subjects.
- On the result disctribution day of each Terminal and Final Exam, the school organizes the parents teachers interaction program to discuss about the improvement of the student's study.
- The failure of attending the school during the examination is considered as failure except on medical ground.
- Students performance of different activities/progress are graded as follows: A- Excellent, B-Very Good, C- Average, D-Pass, E-Unsatisfactory, F-Fail.
- The marks of the Final Result are averaged as follows: Internal and Home Assignment-10%, First Terminal-15%, Second Terminal-15%, Final Exam-60%
